Tames Project

The Tames Project was a comprehensive renovation that began from the outside in. While the budget was primarily allocated to restoring the home, we strategically reworked the interior and exterior flow to ensure cohesion and optimize the space for entertaining. Our involvement included selecting window designs and placements, reconfiguring the full floorplan, and choosing flooring colors, with all existing furniture retained. Externally, we redesigned the driveway for better usability and a distinctive look, reimagined the deck to be more open and functional, and carefully selected all exterior finishing materials. The result is a home that seamlessly blends restored charm with modern functionality.
